For this recipe we will need: 1 cup of oat flour, 1 tablespoon of matcha tea, 1 ½ tablespoon of baking powder, ¾ cup of regular milk or almond milk, ½ cup of Greek yogurt, ½ cup of dried mango (must be ground before place in the mix), 1 egg, 1 tablespoon and honey.
Simply stir all the ingredients, then place the pancake in the pan with coconut oil or butter and turn it over when you start to see bubbles. And leave about 40 seconds on the other side to cook.
At the time of serving you can choose between different toppings such as fruits, dried fruits, and add honey if you wish. This is an ideal breakfast for those days when you have more time to cook.
