What we need are 1 cup of organic dried banana, 2 eggs, 60 ml of olive oil, 200 ml of almond milk, 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt, 200 g of flour for baking, 150 gr. of coconut sugar, 5 gr. of matcha tea, ½ lemon, 6 gr. baking powder, 1 tablespoon of rum (optional).
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Then, place the flour, matcha and baking powder and stir. Then, grind the banana with the lemon juice and reserve. In a bowl mix the flour, matcha, and powder with the two eggs, sugar, the almond milk, and the yogurt and mix until it is homogeneous. Place the dough in the pan and bake 50 minutes at 180 degrees. You can check if the pancake is ready by placing a toothpick and if it comes out clean it means that it is ready. Before serving you can sprinkle the pancake with the tea. Let cool before serving.

For this recipe, we will need 1 egg, ½ cup of flour, ½ of almond milk, 1 tablespoon of matcha, 1 teaspoon of yeast, 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and ½ cup of organic dried banana.
The first thing we have to do is grind the dried banana until it is a powder, then we beat all the ingredients to create a homogeneous mixture.
