  • ½ chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced or garlic powder
  • 2.20 pounds of beef
  • 1 cup of peas

  • 2 cups of tequila
  • 2 peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Process: heat oil in a saucepan and place the onion with the garlic. They should be tender, when the onion is transparent and the garlic a little more brown you can pour the ground meat along with the salt and pepper.

Periodically move the meat and when it is golden incorporate the peppers, dried apricots and pineapple. Cook for ten minutes, then place the tequila and cook until it evaporates. Before turning off the stove check that the salt and pepper are good and then you can serve.

Recipe for homemade energy bars

  • 1 cup sunflower seed 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup of sesame 1 cup peanut
  • 1 cup almond 1 cup amaranth
  • 1 cup of raisins 1 cup blueberry
  • 1 cup amaranth seed 1 cup dried apricot
  • 1 cup dried pineapple 1 cup dried banana
  • 1 cup of oats 1 cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup of honey 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 butter spoons Chocolate (optional)

The first step is to place in the blender (without water) a ½ cup sunflower seeds, ½ cup shredded coconut, ½ cup sesame, ½ cup peanut, ½ cup almond, ½ cup amaranth, ½ cup raisins, ½ cup cranberry, ½ cup apricot, ½ cup pineapple, ½ cup dried banana, ½ cup oats. We recommend grinding them slowly and incorporating them little by little.

In another bowl mix coconut oil, sugar, honey and butter. This has to be stirred until all the sugar has dissolved. It will look like sticky honey.
In a clean bowl place the ½ cups of all the ingredients that you left whole and mix it with the ground ingredients. Then add the honey mixture you made. Stir until you have a paste.

In a tray for the oven place wax paper (the purpose of wax paper is avoid the mix to stick to the tray). And place the mixture of the fruits and flatten it. You have to cover the container with the mix with the thickness you want the energy bars.

Afterwards, you have to put in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes and in the end you can cut the energy bars. If you do not want to cut at the end, we also recommend that you make cookies or rectangles when placing the mixture in the refrigerator.

At the end you can spread the liquid chocolate and put the tray again 5 minutes more to the refrigerator.

  • 0.22 pounds of walnuts

It is removed from the oven and then the pineapple is added. You have to wait for it to cool down. You will have a granola for any occasion.
