To achieve this, take care of the size of the portions. This will help maintain the caloric amount you need and avoid weight gain, remembering that you must have a balanced diet.
Sleep is very important to maintain a healthy weight because when sleeping less than seven hours, the body alters the appetite causing you to be hungrier. This occurs because the body sends signals that it needs more energy to stay awake and for that reason when we spend many hours without sleep it always feels something sweet or high in calories because the body requires energy to stay awake longer. So now you know, sleep at least 7 hours a day so that your body stays healthy and simply sleeping and you will be avoiding weight gain.
If you are going out at night, consider that alcoholic drinks and soda are high in calories. So you can have a glass of water between your drinks to stay hydrated or choose drinks with mineral water or mineral water to avoid soda and thus reduce sugar.
