What you will need for this dessert are Greek yogurt, 2 oranges, ¼ cup of organic dried mango, lemon zest (optional), cookies or granola.

Then beat the egg whites until stiff and wrap this mixture with the mango mixture.

Mango cup with chia

For this cup that we are going to prepare you need Greek yogurt, 1 spoonful of dehydrated coconut, ¼ cup of chia, ½ cup of dried mango, 1 tablespoon of almonds. In a cup or glass, preferably transparent so that the layers are visible, mix the yogurt and chia until ¼ cup is filled and let stand in the refrigerator. Grind the mango with ice and a little water to make it frappe. Add to the yogurt mixture and to decorate place the coconut and almonds.
