These balls have natural ingredients and you can make them yourself, you can take them anywhere and everyone will love them.
To make 10 balls we will need 2 teaspoons of matcha tea, ¼ cup of dried coconut, ¼ of whole pistachios without peel, ¾ cup of Indian walnut, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, ¼ cup of pistachios in small pieces.
To prepare we will place everything in a food processor, except the pistachios in small pieces, and it will be crushed until the mixture is homogeneous. With your hands, you can make a small round ball and pass the pistachios in pieces so that they adhere to the surface. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to enjoy.
Snack bars
The following recipe is to make snack bars very nutritious and delicious. In addition, this is a very original way to create your own bars and be able to include new ingredients and experiment to achieve the bar that suits your needs. On this occasion, we want to share with you some bars of matcha tea with organic dried banana.
For this recipe, we will need a cup of oat flakes, sunflower seeds, goji berries, a cup of almonds and hazelnuts, 2 teaspoons of matcha, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 cup of organic dried banana, 1 cup of dehydrated blueberries and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil.
The first thing we have to do is heat the oven to 190 °. Place the oat flakes, seeds, almonds and hazelnuts for 10 minutes on a cookie sheet.
Then, grind the organic dried banana until it is a homogeneous powder and add it in a bowl together with the coconut oil, vanilla, and matcha and stir. Subsequently, stir all the ingredients, you can add honey to sweeten it and that the bar is easily joined.
Afterward, put them in the refrigerator and you can enjoy an original and delicious snack the next day!
The next snack is rich in matcha and hemp that will give you the great number of antioxidants and vegetable proteins so that you have the energy and vitamins that your body needs. For this recipe, we will need 1/3 cup of almond or peanut butter, 1 cup and two tablespoons of almond milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, 8 tablespoons of hemp, 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 4 teaspoons of matcha, and bitter chocolate (optional). The first step is to mix the butter, milk, stevia, and vanilla. Subsequently, in another bowl mix the hemp powder, oatmeal, and matcha powder and add it to the previous mixture until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Pass the mixture to a mold for brownies with wax paper, cover it and it should be refrigerated overnight. The next day, cut the bars and you can sprinkle some chocolate on the surface and you are ready to carry out your snack at any place and eat something that fills you with energy.
Matcha and organic dried banana pancake
Our last recipe is these pancakes that are an excellent option to complement breakfast or as a snack to recharge during the day. For this recipe, we will need a mix for pancakes of oatmeal or coconut, 3 egg whites, ½ cup organic dried banana (previously ground), 1 teaspoon matcha tea and cinnamon. The only thing we have to do is to gather all the ingredients and mix them until we have a homogeneous mixture. In a frying pan place one teaspoon of coconut oil and place the mixture, when they begin to leave bubbles, turn and wait for it to cook on the other side. The best thing about this recipe is that you can add any topping such as strawberries, bananas, kiwi, honey or even peanut butter, and this snack will give you energy and vitamins during the day.
