Brownies with dried fruits

Brownies are an exquisite recipe and everyone loves it; it doesn´t matter if you are a child or an adult. One of the advantages is that we can prepare it differently and create our own creations; in this post we want to share with you a recipe for brownies with dried fruits. To prepare the brownies we will need:

6.3 ounces of chocolate, 6.3 ounces of butter, 6.3 ounces of sugar, 3 eggs, 3.17 ounces of flour, 6.3 ounces of dried fruit of your choice. The first thing we have to do is cut the chocolate into very small pieces so that it can melt quickly. The butter is melted and placed in a bowl along with the chocolate; it must be stirred until it is a homogeneous mixture.

In another bowl you should place the eggs with the sugar and stir them until it is homogeneous and add the chocolate mixture; later we add the dried fruits of our choice chop into small pieces and add the flour, continue stirring and when the mixture is ready we place it in a mold (the mold must have butter so that it does not stick). We turn on the oven and heat the brownies to 392 F for 40 minutes. Later, with a toothpick we can check if the recipe is ready, if the toothpick comes out clean it means that the brownies are ready to eat.

Dried fruit bread

This fruit bread is used as a dessert; this dish can be used throughout the year and is simple to make and a very delicious dessert. For this recipe we will need: 8.8 ounces of flour, sugar and butter; 4 eggs, 7.05 ounces of dehydrated fruit, 1.7 ounces of walnuts and almonds, and a tablespoon of baking powder.

The first thing we have to do is mix the butter, with the sugar, the eggs and start adding them one by one until we have a homogeneous mixture. Next, we cut the dried fruits, nuts and almonds into small pieces and add them to the mixture. In a mold place the butter and add the mixture, on top you can place dried fruits to decorate; Turn the oven to 356F and bake for 50 minutes. Wait until de bread is cold to remove it from the mold and place it in a plate; you can add a Little frosting to decorate the bread.

Yogurt with organic dried mango

This recipe is ideal for breakfast or a quick snack, because it provides a lot of energy and protein, so it could be excellent for a post work out meal. For this recipe we will need Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of chia, grated coconut, vanilla essence and dehydrated mango.

In a glass place the yogurt with the chia, grated coconut and vanilla and stir. Then, cut the dried mango into small pieces and add to the mixture and you are ready to eat. Remember that to make the mixture softer you should remove it from the refrigerator for five minutes before eating it.

Mango, quinoa and ginger salad

For the salad we will need 1 cup of quinoa, 2 cups of water and the quinoa is cooked as if it were rice. We will need a cup of organic dried mango cut into square pieces, 2 cups of lettuce mixture, one avocado and one onion.

Cut the onion, add it in a pan and cook it with olive oil, salt and pepper until it changes color and let it cool. In a bowl place the two cups of lettuce; mix the cooked quinoa, mango in pieces and in the top put the roasted onions with the mango and avocado in small pieces.

To prepare the dressing you need 2 tablespoons of lemon, 4 tablespoons of olive oil and ½ teaspoon of grated ginger, salt and pepper. Stir and you have the dressing of the salad.
